Returns may be made in the following situations.
Damaged Shipments: Do not accept delivery if a carton is visibly damaged on the outside. Inspect the contents while the driver is there. Refuse the shipment if the product has been damaged and is not usable. Contact us at 1-877-213-3025 to report the refused/damaged shipment and to arrange for a replacement order.
Concealed Damage: If you open your carton and find that the merchandise has been damaged during the shipping process, leave all merchandise in the original carton and notify the delivering agent immediately. Call us at 1-877-213-3025 to report the damage and to arrange for a replacement order.
Request for Return due to Manufacturing Defect or Picking Error: We make every effort to ensure quality control in the production of our products and in the preparation of your order for shipment. In the rare circumstance where you have received defective product or the incorrect item please call us at 1-877-213-3025.
All other returns must adhere to our return policy:
No merchandise can be returned to our warehouse without authorization. You must call us to request a return. Please have the invoice number available when you call to facilitate the correct and proper credit to your account.
-All merchandise must be returned in the original carton.
-No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
-Stock items are subject to a restock fee of 25%. Please call for applicable charges.
-Customer Error freight is not refunded
-Custom merchandise cannot be returned.
-Customer error return freight will be charged
-Call tags charge $5.00 per tag.
-Once a call tag has been issued items must be reurned within seven days.
